Yesterday twenty students sat on a day long symbolic hunger strike that took place in Kolkata, at Jadavpur University. A senior professor from the Film Studies dept went hungry too, along with the students from many departments of ‪#‎JU‬ and ‪#‎SRFTI‬.
Provoking posters were put up on all the walls of the university, and numbing performances by four performers of PI(Performers Independent) left everyone disturbed beyond measures.
